I told you I would knock it out of the park. Yesterday went very well at church. We are starting a Crown Financial group in Jan. and the sheet got filled up quick. Everyone wants in. Awesome day yesterday. Several new people were there too. Always love meeting new people.
We are going to give away Thanksgiving baskets to families in need this year. I don't know how many we are going to do. We are waiting on the town to call me back with some names. I plan on calling them today. We will give as many as we can.
I finally made the plunge and put my profile on facebook. I did not know how many people I actually knew. Man that is crazy. Well, I'm on there so friend me.
We got some new lights in for the church. People have been telling me it has been hard for them to see me when I preach. We designed it that way so they wouldn't have to. ;) Well they will be shocked when they start seeing my mug. Anyway we will have that up this week and hopefully that will help with our video production too.
One couple in the church pulled me aside yesterday and gave me a paper with their granddaughters name on it. She's 10 and lives in California. They told me she called them up and told them that she has been praying for me, the church and what we are doing. They said they didn't ask her to do it, she decided to do it herself. That is awesome. People from all over the world are praying for us. I love it.
